RGD Project Management, Inc. is a project management organization based in North Carolina, which provides technical and management services directly related to the implementation of capital projects for the industrial, high tech, pharmaceutical, food and beverage industry.

  Company Ownership

The company is owned and operated by Michael Rafetto, Gary Guertin and Jack Deloso - experienced veterans in the industry, each of whom have more than 23 years of experience in managing the construction, renovation and commissioning of industrial facilities. Their combined experience amounts to over four billion dollars in capital expenditures.
