Military Appreciation

RGD would like to salute our employees, family and friends who have served in the military.

RGD would like to honor all active and past members of the armed forces. Many of our employees, friends and family have served or are currently serving our country. We’d like to acknowledge them for their devotion and service to our nation.

David Hedrick
Army
Years Served: 2002 – 2005

David was in the Army’s Airborne Infantry. He was stationed in Heidelberg, Germany with V Corps. He spent December 2002 through March 2003 in Kuwait. David spent March 2003 through January 2004 in Baghdad, Iraq.

Curtis A. Wilson, Jr
U.S. Air Force
Years Served: 1960-1964

Curtis completed operation, maintenance, & repair of “ground radio relay” equipment providing communications & support to local units of that tactical and strategic air commands. He was stationed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Morocco.

Charles Clifton Fulcher
Coast Guard
Years Served: 1948-1974

Charles served as a member of the Coast Guard for many years on the Icebreaker Mendoda stationed in Wilmington, North Carolina. Later in his career, he served on various vessels in Norfolk, Virginia.

He was a member of the lead office for search and rescue from Coast Guard Station Fort Macon in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina. During his career, he was also a Captain in charge of a buoy tender Blackberry stationed at Oak Island, North Carolina.

Charles completed his last 7 years of service training recruits in Cape May, New Jersey. He passed away on December 20, 1992.

Elvin Bailey
Army
Years Served: 1968-1972

Elvin spent four years working in the Army Security Agency.
